COLD MELON, YOGURT AND MINT SOUP:

 

INGREDIENTS:

½ Small melon.                              1 lemon

1 plain yogurt.                                1 pinch of salt.

4 mint leaves.                                 1 pinch of black pepper.

1 handful of salt.

 

GUESTS:          TIME:            DIFFICULTY:          UTENSILS:

2 diners             10 minutes     Low difficulty.          A mixer.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. We prepare all the ingredients (from the lemon we will only use the juice).
  2. We remove the seeds, we cut the melon and pour it into the mixer glass along with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. We beat the ingredients well to get a soup.
  4. Garnish with some rosemary leaves.

 

TIP: Put it in the fridge before serving.
