½ Small melon. 1 lemon
1 plain yogurt. 1 pinch of salt.
4 mint leaves. 1 pinch of black pepper.
1 handful of salt.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- We prepare all the ingredients (from the lemon we will only use the juice).
- We remove the seeds, we cut the melon and pour it into the mixer glass along with the rest of the ingredients.
- We beat the ingredients well to get a soup.
- Garnish with some rosemary leaves.
