PANCAKES

Ingredients:

– 150g of flour

– 25g of sugar

– 50g of melted butter

– 2g of salt

– 12g of baking powder

– 2 eggs

– 200ml of milk

 

Preparation:

-In a bowl, you mix the flour, the sugar, the baking powder and the salt.

In another bowl, you mix the eggs, the melted butter and the milk.

– When you’ve mixed it well, you put the mix of the eggs, the milk and the melted butter on the mix of the flour, the sugar, the baking powder and the salt. And you mix it gently with a spoon or some rods.

– Heat a well-greased pan and drop one or two small spoonful of the mix onto it.

– Cook one side till brown, after a minute they will rise up and bubble a little; then turn them over and bake the other side.

 

Presentation:

Served still warm with syrup, fruit, melted chocolate…

They do not keep!!!
